1. Hosting Services

Go Digi Host provides shared hosting, cloud hosting, SSL certificates, and email hosting services. Service availability, features, and resource limits are described on the corresponding service pages and are subject to your selected plan.

2. Domain Registration Policies

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN. You are responsible for providing accurate WHOIS information and renewing your domains on time. Domains not renewed within their grace period may be subject to redemption fees or deletion.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly). Pricing is shown in INR and excludes applicable taxes unless stated. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Failure to pay invoices when due may result in service suspension.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this agreement, exceed plan limits, contain malware, or are used in ways that harm the network or other customers. Suspended accounts may be restored after the underlying issue is resolved.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• No spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content.
• No copyright or trademark infringement.
• No abusive scripts, cryptocurrency mining, or excessive resource use on shared plans.
• No content that is illegal under Indian law.

6. Service Availability

Go Digi Host targets a 99.9% uptime guarantee for hosting services. Eligible downtime beyond the guarantee may be credited to your account as service credit per our SLA.

7. Refund Policy

Hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and add-ons are non-refundable once issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

Go Digi Host is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, lost profits, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the prior three (3) months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate services for material breach of these terms after reasonable notice, except for emergency cases involving network security or legal requirements.
